What We Offer
Take Time for You, LLC (Virginia) and Takes a Village II (Georgia and North Carolina) offers mental health services 6 days a week. Our professionals are flexible and work with each consumer to create the best therapeutic relationship beginning with scheduling flexibility (within reason). Both agencies offer therapy to fit each consumer need. We have multiple counselors ready and excited to begin working with you and/or your family either in person or virtually.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy, which is also called psychotherapy, counseling, psychosocial therapy, and talk therapy, is a joint process between a therapist and one individual. Common goals of individual therapy is to inspire change, process past trauma, and/or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Here at Take Time for You, LLC, we strive to assist each individual reach their full potential.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps couples solve problems within their relationship. Common goals of couples therapy are to improve communication and enhance a higher level of trust. Couples therapy is not limited to people who are married. Long term relationships, couples who are engaged, and same sex-couples are welcome to participate.
Family Therapy
Family therapy assists families build a stronger cohesive unit. Common goals of family therapy are to resolve conflicts, improve family communication, build healthy boundaries, improve problem-solving skills, and increase empathy.
